Progressive Martial Arts Youth Program offers an age-specific program, starting at age 3. This is an award-winning kids martial arts program. As an age-specific program, classes are divided into age groups that meet each child’s developmental, physical, social and emotional needs. Children ages 3 and 4 years old are taught fundamental skills such as listening, structure, discipline, balance, strength and coordination. At 5 and 6, youth then further develop their skill set to include increased focus, self-awareness, leadership skills, confidence, and self-defense. And at 10 – 15 years of age, students are being molded into the leaders of communities while engaging in a full mixed martial arts curriculum
Battlezone provided an iconic template for visual conceptions of virtual reality. You can clearly see the influence of its green-glowing geometry in mass-market depictions of virtual reality like Tron and The Matrix. Even just within the gaming space, Battlezone's 3D combat was pioneering. First-person shooters like Doom, Quake and Halo can all credit the arcade game as a forefather. Battlezone was and still is a great game, and that's first and foremost why it gained a loyal following in arcades. Yet it took nearly two decades for its legacy to be continued. In 1998, Activision released its own Battlezone, combining the original's first-person shooting and tank combat with fully-fledged real-time strategy. 1998's Battlezone proved a big critical hit, leading to a sequel the following year. In the subsequent years Atari published further Battlezone entries in the vein of the original arcade game, including the 2008 remake on Xbox Live Arcade. In 2013, Rebellion directors Chris and Jason Kingsley bought the Battlezone IP from Atari. As huge fans of the arcade game, Chris and Jason are absolutely thrilled to bring back a franchise that they and so many others treasure.
