X-Leader Information

X-Leader is a city-wide Business Case competition in Ho Chi Minh City that recreates real-world challenges across different areas of corporate management. Each year, the event is organized by the Business Administration Club of Foreign Trade University, Ho Chi Minh City Campus II, and over time it has established a strong reputation as a platform where students can truly engage with the realities of the business environment. The competition welcomes students from universities across the city and mainly focuses on those in their third or fourth year of study as well as recent graduates who finished within the past six months. Through this initiative, X-Leader strives to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice. Participants not only gain valuable management insights but also have the chance to tackle complex business problems provided by leading companies. Beyond offering knowledge and practical experience, X-Leader is committed to nurturing the next generation of business leaders. By joining the competition, students are able to develop their critical thinking, refine their strategic vision, and strengthen essential managerial skills, which together prepare them to step into their future careers with confidence.
