The WTS Patent Attorneys - Witek, Sniezko & Partners has been founded in 2002. Our activity focuses on legal assistance in all aspects of industrial property rights management in the life sciences, particularly in pharmacy, biotechnology, agro-biotechnology and chemistry, as well as in trademark cases, utility models and designs. The patent attorneys working in our partnership are licensed to conduct all manner of cases dealing with IP protection, both before Polish administrative bodies as well as their counterparts in the European Union, meaning the European Patent Office (EPO) as well as the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Our services include: - prosecution of patent applications, - filing utility models and industrial designs applications, - registration of trademarks in Poland and abroad, - representation of parties before appropriate courts in connection with the infringement of IP rights, - patent or trade mark invalidation proceedings, - patent and trade mark searches - IP portfolio management. The firm has offices in Wrocław and Warsaw, with the Munich office having been opened in 2004.
