WHY WE EXIST Commercial human spaceflight is entering a period of unprecedented transition as the ISS approaches retirement and the Artemis era takes shape. Commercial space is shifting toward what the market needs—not the architecture government once required. WTP Space was founded by leaders who pioneered commercial ISS private astronaut missions to help customers navigate this changing market and develop mission architectures that remove unnecessary cost and complexity between the customer and the outcome. STRATEGIC OVERVIEW WTP Space is an Independent Mission Operator (IMO) supporting today's commercial human spaceflight market while helping shape the next generation of commercial orbital missions. Our approach is destination-agnostic and customer-focused. We working across multiple transportation systems, commercial destinations, and mission architectures to ensure every mission is aligned with our customers' objectives rather than a single provider or platform. While supporting today's commercial missions, WTP is also developing WTP-1, an independently led commercial human spaceflight mission designed for the post-ISS Artemis era. Through strategic partnerships and independent mission leadership, WTP is expanding access to commercial human spaceflight and helping bridge today's commercial market with tomorrow's commercial orbital economy.
