Writing Trees® researches and develops new ways to understand written communication. Our work explores how meaning, structure and narrative interact across creative, professional and educational communication, turning that research into practical methodologies, frameworks and tools. Our first commercial application is NARRify®, a professional diagnostic service for writers who want more than editorial feedback. NARRify® helps writers see what is working, where the structure needs attention and what they may not have noticed yet. It does not rewrite the manuscript. Writers receive their report within three working days and decide for themselves what changes, if any, come next. Technology supports our methodology; it does not replace professional judgement, specialist knowledge or the writer. Alongside our commercial work, Writing Trees® develops research, collaborations and exploratory projects around one central question: How can we understand written communication better?
