The mission of Write On, Door County is to inspire and engage writers and readers of all ages, at all stages. On our beautiful 59-acre campus, we offer classes, programs, and special events year-round for writers of all ages and levels of experience, along with events for readers and booklovers. Write On is nestled in the middle of the Door County peninsula in northeast Wisconsin, between the waters of Green Bay and Lake Michigan. WHAT WE OFFER * One-day writing workshops, multi-session classes, intensives, and critique groups * Author readings, book clubs, and other special events for readers * Residencies for writers and literary arts administrators * Conferences including Writing on the Door, Washington Island Literary Festival and, for young writers, WriteCon * Writer’s Walk trail system through wildflower meadow and hardwood forest
