Write & Go Information

University staff spend their days answering the same handful of questions, over and over, mostly by email — with response times that stretch from hours to days. Students get frustrated waiting for answers; prospective applicants often give up and choose another institution before they hear back at all. Meanwhile, the information those questions need already exists — buried across websites, PDFs, and internal documents that no one has time to search through. Emily is an AI assistant built specifically for universities. Trained on an institution's own website and documents, it answers student and applicant questions instantly, in any language, at any hour — and cites its sources every time. When a question needs a human, Emily hands it off to the right staff member with full context, so nothing gets lost. Emily works on the inside too — as an internal assistant for staff. It sorts and routes incoming tickets to the right person, drafts replies to common requests, and gives staff a searchable home for policies and documents they'd otherwise dig through manually. The result: students and applicants get answers in minutes instead of days, and staff get their time back for the cases that actually need it. All data stays with the institution — Emily processes it, never owns it, and none of it is used to train external AI models. www.emilycampus.com
