WHAT I DO: I deliver unique sales training workshops that provide automotive sales consultants with the skills, tools and techniques to improve sales, gross profit and most importantly, customer loyalty. I also provide customized instructional design of workshops and seminars to automotive manufacturers and dealers looking to develop training classes for dealership associates in all departments. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: My workshops do not concentrate on how salespeople can sell one car, but instead on how he or she can sell customers every vehicle they will ever buy again. I also deliver all of my own training workshops and seminars, not someone I hired and trained. Finally, my concentration on creating a great customer experience is designed to change the fact that only 17% of customers like the car buying process. HOW I DO IT: My book, Turn Every Transaction into an Experience: The Definitive Guide to Increasing Car Buyers’ Loyalty, describes how to increase sales, gross profit and customer loyalty. I do not teach word tracks. I develop automotive sales consultants who can use listening and questioning skills, as well as other tools and techniques to create a great customer experience. By delivering my own classes, I am responsible for making sure, through role plays and skills practice, that every participant leaves my workshop with the ability to increase sales, gross profit and customer loyalty.
