WPD Management is a full service property management firm that specializes in the South Side of Chicago. We do third-party management including services such as renovations, leasing, and 24/7 management. Beginning in 2010 with a single 3 flat, WPD has experienced tremendous growth and now manages 3,700 units and counting. WPD has a close-knit and entrepreneurial culture with an attention to results and exceptional service.
