Wound Watch Information

At Wound Watch, we are dedicated with helping our local U.S. communities by validating essential public health statistics and information for our state's healthcare facilities. We recognize that these facilities can only report what their staffs report to them. More so, the Department of Health receives their information from these same facilities, further increasing the potential for under-reporting of serious medical errors. All too often, medical errors are identified/discovered well after the patient leaves the facility. The goal of Wound Watch is to assist the medical facilities of the United States and the Department of Health by identifying medical errors that occur to patients under their care. Only when the real rates of medical error occurrences are verified can medicine truly create processes to prevent them. In time, we hope to achieve 100% accuracy of medical errors and malpractices nation wide.
