The Worldwide Association of Female Professionals is an organization dedicated to connecting women industry leaders with other female select business professionals. Across the world, women remain a minority in at the executive level. We seek to honor and aggregate those women who are turning the tide. Women leaders are not alone, and by joining together as part of a vetted, third-party networking platform they can foster new connections and help encourage other women professional to springboard ahead and realize their goals.\r\n\r\nFounded on principals of inclusion and representation, we facilitate connections between female professionals in all industries and across the world, while recognizing our members’ outstanding achievements and success.\r\n\r\nThe WAoFP selects members who excel in their industry over a vast range of fields, including international finance, energy and, technology, medical and healthcare, legal fields, and academia, among others. Whether a business owner, executive, consultant or other industry captain, our members are invariably pioneers who affect real change and progress in their fields.\r\n\r\nDiscrimination can be found in all corners of industry. Whether it is that only 4.6% of Fortune 500 Company CEOs or that only 17% of all production and creative staff on top grossing domestic films are female*, the WAoFP seeks to help change the statistics by giving women professionals a platform and common ground to increase the visibility, exposure and prominence of women in industry.\r\n\r\nThe Worldwide Association of Female Professionals offers members an online conduit that operates on the tenet that targeted networking is the most effective kind of networking.
