At the beginning the participants receive a general briefing and are assigned to management teams, responsible for operations, marketing, finance, HR. During the game they will receive more and more information – more details, emergencies, requests from other departments. They have to cope with a variety of issues, focus on their goals and keep the big picture in mind. Just like in real life.
