Worktree Information

Worktree is an employability education charity on a mission to organise thousands of conversations between young people and working people. Through these conversations, we help young people develop career awareness, positive and realistic aspirations and employability skills. With roots in Milton Keynes since 1992, and education values based on inclusion and impartiality, we have organised 50,000 work placements and facilitated 20,000 meetings with diverse work guests in schools. We have also run our own work-based ‘school without walls’ for excluded 14-16 year olds. Today we are focused on introducing every young person to live guests from the world of work and helping them to ask the work-related questions that interest them most.
