WorkplaceCredit offers a unique socially responsible financing solutions to employees of stable companies who sponsor employee participation in its programs. Our programs are economical, fast and better alternatives to employees, which otherwise are not available in a usual bank loan. We help our customers from falling into the vicious cycle of borrowing that come with accepting credit through predatory lenders such as payday lenders. We partner with employers offering credit to employees at no cost to the employer. We understand the benefits of immediate credit at times of need. We help employers leverage their employees’ financial situations through responsible lending. We have a flexible and customisable program for our partners. This will eventually lead to less employee stress and reduced turnover. Currently, the two financial products we offer are; an Emergency loan for urgent, short term needs and an Installment loan for larger financial needs. We are compliant with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and other CFPB, besides the Federal and State lending laws. Our credit programs are beyond the scope of normal bank lending as they have restrictions in complying with the norms and conditions we adhere to.
