WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS is an 100% Angolan licensed design/build firm with a staff of professionals skilled in architectural design and construction management. As a design/build firm, WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS provides single-source design and construction. With one firm responsible for both design and construction, the owner is provided with continuity and efficiency from preliminary design through the completion of construction. The essence of the design/build concept is the idea that quality, completion dates and costs can be brought under control by assigning total responsibility for all these factors to one single entity: the design/builder. In order to fulfill the success of a design/build process WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS works closely with the owner from the outset to determine their budgetary, spatial, and architectural requirements. During the preliminary design phase, a concept design is formulated to meet all parameters set forth by the owner. During the early phases of construction, our main focus is to confirm all design elements, including coordinating all drawings and submittals to ensure that all components of the project will come together to form a cohesive and economical structure. As construction progresses, we coordinate the subcontractors’ work and scheduling to assure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
