Coming from a diverse cross-section of industry and education, we revel in the “ah ha” moments – when our participants have significant self-awareness breakthroughs and discoveries. We bring a wealth of accreditation and experience from within the simulation training and coaching space, and have worked extensively with companies at all levels, across all industry. Our mission is providing training that is both relevant and meaningful. Training that is directly targeted to and aligned with client needs, cultures, identity, and objectives. Training that is fully immersive and realistic to the participants’ normal environments, meetings and encounters. Training that is not just engaging but fully involves the participants in the learning process, enabling them to confront and steer their own learning outcomes.
