Workmatch is a job-matching platform for frontline workers and the employers who need them. As an alternative to traditional job boards and staffing agencies, we match workers based on pay, commute, and shift, so that expectations are aligned before the first callback. Employers receive lists of pre-screened, qualified applicants, gain insight into the competitiveness of their job listings, and discover the geographical areas where their employees reside. Better matches mean less churn and better business outcomes. Based in Louisville, WorkMatch began with maps tracking geographic job access, and the belief that frontline workers deserved a tool that could help them find jobs that meet their needs. Our goal is to help workers achieve their own American dream, and for employers to find staff that fit, stay, and excel.
