WorkingKnowledge is not locked into any one method of content presentation: we tailor deliverables for each of our clients, based on the audience needs we identify during the analysis phase of the training development process. The resulting training interventions can be interactive distance learning (e.g., Web-based training), traditional classroom presentations, electronic performance support systems (EPSS), or a range of off-line training aids, such as PDA-accessed lessons. WorkingKnowledge sells no particular product or employs any proprietary training method. There is a broad spectrum of options available to you and WorkingKnowledge can implement them all. That flexibility allows us to offer solutions that work best for the client, not for us. Our approach is consultative.
