The Workforce Diversity Network is a nonprofit that serves as a professional development organization regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) issues for the DEI practitioners and their members of regional corporate, profit-based, and other nonprofit members. Our 27 members are provided with a variety of intentional initiatives, including: -structured networking meetings, -monthly professional development and training, -additional resource materials on training topics, -free job postings, -monthly research updates, and -organizational (internal) member needs assessment to keep programs and format relevant. The WDN is currently completing its membership needs assessment and will be unfolding its array of new programs and services for the 2023 calendar year in September. Currently, meetings are accessible through Zoom, and anticipated to be experimenting with hybrid presentations in the Fall of 2022.
