Workcomp Services, LLC provides services aimed at guiding clients in the implementation of effective practices to allow compliance with the Workers Compensation Act, and the State Insurance Fund (“SIF”) regulations issued thereunder, as well as address administrative issues that may arise with the SIF. We are the only firm in Puerto Rico specialized almost exclusively in assisting employers, both local and from abroad, in connection with the workers compensation system in Puerto Rico. In general, we provide support in all matters related to policy, insurance premium, industry classifications, government audits, and claim management. Among the services offered are requests for new WC policies; amendments to existing WC policies due to changes in locations or industry codes; mergers, and variations in operational activities; review and filling of annual Payroll Statements; and review notices of Non- Insured status, collection letters, and Merit Rating System Reports.
