Work Stream Consulting Information

Work Stream Consulting is a team of 10 Master Black Belts, each with 25-30 years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience. Together, we've delivered more than $2 billion in documented savings for our clients. We've led improvement work across major industries, from manufacturing and defense to energy, technology, healthcare, and financial services, so we bring proven methods, not theory. Where we help: Your team is fighting the same fires every week. We train your people to find and fix root causes, with programs ranging from a White Belt introduction to full Master Black Belt certification, plus Kaizen, Lean Leader training, and more. Costs keep creeping up, and no one's sure why. We dig into your processes, find where time and money are leaking out, and fix it, often paying for the engagement many times over. You're launching something new and can't afford a rocky start. We help you design products and processes that work right the first time, instead of fixing problems after launch. Quality issues are hurting customers or your reputation. We build quality systems that catch problems early and keep them from coming back. Maybe you've been burned by consultants before. We don't hand you a slide deck and disappear. We roll up our sleeves alongside your team, get results on the floor, and coach your people so the improvements stick long after we're gone. Founded in 2009, we work as an extension of your team and focus on results you can measure quickly. Ready to find your biggest savings opportunity?
