Work Inspire is an email driven collaboration solution, designed for full project cycle support and to increase productivity in the work place. A typical project consists of receiving emails, translating emails to tasks and then again to timesheets. At the end of the month we usually take everyone's timesheets and translate that into an invoice to send to the client. There's about 5 million people that do this online repetitively every day. The problem with project manage tools is that they are not designed to work with each other, sure you do get organized but the time it takes copying content from one system to another everyday becomes counter productive. What we did is, simply created a tool to organize emails into tasks and timesheets swiftly. What's cool with that is, when you log in with your email, you see your inbox in our application. From there it's just a click away to transform your emails into a task with options of setting a proiority high or low, assigned to a member, whether if it's in progress or for review and attachments become forever part of that task. What you input into our system, we output to you a comprehensively a GANTT chart or burndown chart, a daily schedule and an invoice summary of your activity you can send back to your client. Our solution is driven by your email.
