Our mission is to create a world where all high schoolershave access to free work-based learningexperiences that connect them with industry and develop the in-demand skills they need to succeed beyond the classroom. In conjunction with our partners, we design and deploy accessible, equitable and sustainable virtual employability project programs. We are are committed to ensuring no student has to choose between earning and learning and make opportunities available at no cost to students, while compensating them for paid programs ranging from 20 - 100 hours in length. Acting as the employer of record, the Work-Based Learning Alliance ensures students are fairly paid, have a safe inclusive virtual working environment and are supported throughout their work-based learning experiences.
