What is WORD? Growth through adventure! WORD ()World Off-road Riding Department) is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NZ Charity Number CC50833) founded in 2013 on a mission to enable growth through adventure! We provide after school programmes, holiday camps, and events for 7-17 Tamariki & Rangitahi in the Wellington Region, Wānaka, and new for 2022 Christchurch! We are committed and passionate about creating awesome experiences to build youth confidence, develop new friendships, and foster a life-long love of mountain biking. The WORD whānau believes in equity in order to reduce the barriers to participation, embracing change through honesty and kindness , and building connections within our community and environment.
