Since 1989, we have moved people with disabilities from segregated institutions across the country into community-based homes where they can fully participate in their communities and experience a greatly improved quality of life. We have designed and implemented the most progressive employment options giving people with disabilities a choice about the type of work they do and where they do it. We offer people with disabilities real work for real pay.
