The types of projects currently undertaken by the Group include residential development on a large scale, prestigious office and mixed use commercial development, international standard hotels, government, institutional, and health care projects, together with educational and industrial buildings, apartments and private residences. The Group is also actively involved in overseas commercial and mixed use developments in Mainland China, Philippines, Taiwan and the Region.
