wonderbefore Information

wonderbefore is a screen-free audio storytelling podcast for young children. Every story is written in second person, which means your child isn't just listening; they're part of the story. They walk through the forest, noticing the rain, and finding the door. We designed this podcast to activate imagination rather than deliver it. The pacing is slow on purpose. The pauses give children room to picture things for themselves. It's grounded in neuroscience research on how unstructured mental space supports creativity and emotional growth. We call it productive boredom. Somewhere between day and dream.
