Women in Sovereign Entities Information

Women in Sovereign Entities, (WSE), is a nonprofit organization focused on women professionals in central banks, ministries of finance, sovereign funds, development banks, multilateral financial institutions and other sovereign financial entities. Recognizing the leading role of sovereign women in the capital markets, WSE provides a forum for their connection and affiliation, sharing best practices, and for supporting their leadership and development. As the first woman-focused organization for the sovereign sector, WSE recognizes the importance of providing sovereign women with a voice. By supporting sovereign women’s leadership and enhancing understanding of the sector, WSE will help them strengthen their domestic policy frameworks and institutions leading to better public policy, and create a more high-performing global financial landscape. WSE provides educational content and programs to enhance understanding of the sector, and provides research and news on women's leadership in the capital markets.
