Women First International Fund Information

Women First is a 50-year old public charity, giving grants to grassroots initiatives driven by women and girls globally. The work of grassroots organizations changes lives from the inside out. Woman by woman. Community by community. This approach takes time and diligence, but it is how meaningful change happens. We envision a world where gender equity prevails and in which every woman and girl has the power to thrive. We believe that if we combine grant funding with true collaboration, targeted networking and skill-building, grantees will be positioned for greater impact as they implement local solutions to gender inequity in their communities.
