Wolinsky, Becker & Hurewitz, LLP was originally founded in 1994 as Wolinsky and Company and became Wolinsky, Becker & Hurewitz, LLP ("WBH") as of January 1, 2000. WBH represents an extensive clientele from multiple industries including many internationally recognized persons and entities. Our clients hold rights to intellectual property that they have licensed to others, entitling them to contingent compensation (e.g., royalties, profit participations, etc.). We pride ourselves on consistently recovering money rightfully owed our clients. Our professionals have uncovered amounts due our clients in excess of $100 million. As a result, WBH clients have been clients of the firm for many years. Prior to undertaking an engagement, WBH professionals communicate with prospective clients to gain a clear understanding of their needs and concerns, and then we review relevant documents to determine the type of engagement that is merited and likely to be cost-effective.
