We want to bring something different to our neighbourhood: new and interesting food, world class coffee and beautiful things for you and your home. We want Wolfe & Co. to be your place. A place for catching up and getting together, a place for celebration, gift buying, and even the odd business meeting. We want to give you your first coffee of the morning from 6am, and continue to serve you through to late afternoon. Wolfe & Co. lives locally and seeks to source produce locally. We are well connected to remarkable Hawkesbury suppliers. Our ingredients are fresh, seasonal and ethically grown. We know our supply chain, which is why we chose vittoria coffee for you. We will venture elsewhere when the produce necessitates: good coffee and tea, beautiful things, Tasmanian saffron and truffles for instance, but we watch our food miles. We strive to tread lightly on the planet and serve food that is real and flavoursome. We grow our own stuff too and preserve our fruit and vegetables as the seasons pass. Our sauces, preserves, jams, granola, muesli, yoghurt, sorbet and ice cream are house-made. We are global when we source inspiration. We stock unique items and gifts, from all over this wonderful world.
