Wolf-Fire offers services that improve and coordinate agency functioning and staff effectiveness. Our mission is to provide health and wellness organizations with workforce development, evidence-based practice implementation services, and program evaluations. Part of the Redwoods’ natural survival is to grow together. The health of the group of trees is related to each individual tree within the system. Wolf-Fire works with community organizations, using this individual/systems health approach. Organizational Training Wolf-Fire develops and provides targeted training to front-line workers and organizations who are interested in implementing evidence-based practices. Best Practices Wolf-Fire assesses organizational systems and barriers to implementing evidence-based services. We evaluate current services and determine how to implement best practices. Grant Writing Wolf-Fire has the expertise to evaluate health and wellness services. We also have many years successfully writing state and federal grants as well as providing program evaluation services. Workforce Development Wolf-Fire designs staff training and support using the Redwoods’ natural survival individual/systems health approach. Evidence-Based Practice Wolf-Fire evaluates current organizational conditions to put your organization on a path toward using science-based services. Program Evaluations Wolf-Fire evaluates clinical services effectiveness and develops long-term strategies that ensure services are evidence-based. Consultation Wolf-Fire provides research-based consultation that increases the likelihood that services are grounded and guided by science.
