Our firm was founded in Newport Beach, California in 2019 to provide flexibility, responsiveness, and low rates to both public agencies and industry. We are process-driven. We are focused on quality and efficiency, not billable hours. Wolf is part of a movement of small, flexible, responsive consulting firms that have been formed as a direct response to the unresponsive, profit-driven, aging consulting industry doing the same old projects the same old way.
