WNTD specializes in consulting and recruiting. We develop partnerships with companies and talent who excel creatively to help them get what they want. Over a decade of combined experience at Wieden + Kennedy, Kirshenbaum and Y&R allows us a unique perspective into the inner-workings of companies. We understand cultural fit, we get the importance of diversity and the need for agencies to effectively evolve in this ever-changing and competitive marketplace. We don't have all the answers, but we do have a lot of inside experience, an enormous global network and we're straight-up, honest, flexible and have no interest in wasting your time or money.
