WN Technical, Inc. is a fully independent provider of sales, field service and in-house repair of Hewlett Packard / Agilent analytical equipment. Our company was founded under the guidance of former Hewlett Packard service engineers and strives to provide equal or superior quality of service and information, but at a far more attractive price. Our engineers have years of experience with HP / Agilent analytical laboratory equipment and are knowledgeable in all associated software and applications in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, drug, petroleum & biodiesel, environmental, food and toxicology. Our area of expertise is focused on HP / Agilent analytical equipment. This includes GC, GC/MS, Headspace, all associated autosamplers, LC, LC/MS, as well as data systems (or integrators!) of any age. We pride ourselves on providing prompt service and support. Because we focus solely on HP / Agilent, it allows us to keep many parts on-hand for instruments of any vintage. If we have a part you're looking for, and we get an order before 3 PM central time, we can have that part shipped to you at any speed you desire that same day. We know how stressful downtime is. Any of our in-house services provided, whether it be GC autosampler service (Tower, Tray, Controller), EPC repair, source cleaning, plunger motor repair, roughing pump repair, or any other service we provide, we make it a priority to get to the root of the problem, repair it, and get your equipment back online.
