WKPS-FM The LION 90.7FM Information

The LION 90.7fm (WKPS) is "The Soundtrack to Penn State." We are Penn State's independently programmed and operated student radio station, located in the HUB-Robeson Center, the heart of student life. We broadcasting to more than 125,000 terrestrially and thousands online via our web streams and iTunes. Our staff of more than 125 undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, alumni and community members broadcast around the clock. We also broadcast Penn State Football, Men's Basketball and complete, live 46 hour coverage of the IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon. Last year, our staff raised more than $20,000 for THON, and our members have gone on to work for Clear Channel, ESPN, EA Sports and everywhere in between. The LION 90.7fm is open to students of all majors, and accepts community volunteers as well.
