WIZ 79 Design provides high quality Architectural, Engineering, Management and Construction Services to clients in the Chicago-land area. We stress the ability to communicate by asking questions and listening carefully to our clients needs. We want to know your agenda, not impose ours. We are flexible and do not try to impose standard services or typical solutions. No two projects are the same. We have a broad range of experience and build teams and develop project structures on an individual project basis to meet each clients' needs. Our approach is to look at the projects total requirements and shift from the general to the specific, to develop a full perspective and produce a complete solution. We do not disappear when a project is completed; we extend our services during project commissioning and follow up with completed projects to develop better "Best Practices". We are adept at providing total project services, and can perform as though we were your own highly qualified in-house facilities department.
