WITS Programs Foundation Information

WITS empowers children and youth to build a kinder society through evidence-based school programs and national initiatives, including Pink Shirt Day Canada. An award-winning victimization-prevention program, WITS is trusted by elementary schools across Canada and internationally. Over 1,500 Canadian schools have adopted WITS or DIRE as part of their school culture. Nearly one million children across every province and territory in Canada—and in countries around the world—have been introduced to the WITS approach. WITS also produces the annual Pink Shirt Day Canada Show, watched by thousands of students nationwide and designed specifically for school communities.
