Without® is a deep-tech materials company from Pune, India, built for the world. Our patented chemo-mechanical process, VerdiCycle™, takes the waste no one else recycles (multi-layer plastic, soiled mixed textiles, coloured PET, beverage cartons), separates it into its building blocks, and rebuilds them into engineering-grade materials fit for global supply chains. No pyrolysis, no gasification, no organic solvents. Water-based, at around 120°C. 8 patents, 3 granted. Our first-of-a-kind demonstration plant has been running in Pune since October 2025, and the first commercial plant is next. Brands make the products. We make what's inside. VerdiFLX runs on standard injection, blow and extrusion lines and recycles as itself ten times over. VerdiPET is recycled PET rebuilt from the monomers up, matching virgin quality. VerdiFLO spins on virgin polyester equipment. VerdiMIX turns the residual into construction composites, so almost nothing is left behind. Every batch is physically traceable, no mass balance. The people who used to pick and sort this waste now run the machines that recycle it, on contracts, with health insurance. Foundation Without® is our independent non-profit.
