Without Permission exists to lead the church and community into the battle that will end sex trafficking. We restore the victimized, educate our youth to prevent exploitation, and attack the lies that drive demand. In 2010, Debbie Johnson founded Without Permission Inc., a faith based non-profit organization in the Central Valley of California. Since then, Without Permission has been working to end sex trafficking through Prevention, Justice, Restoration, and Ending Demand. Beginning as a two-person ministry, and growing into a 75+ strong, registered 501(c)3 organization, WP has developed roles for staff and volunteer to serve both city and survivor. Through partnerships and task force relationships in local counties, WP has created a local response to the evil of sex trafficking and exploitation. In September of 2015, Just His House began the journey of survivor restoration as our day center for navigation and restoration. The continued mobilization of the faith community, thousands of citizens, and market-place leadership drives the hope of ending the culture of human trafficking in the Central Valley. In 2020, WP purchased property in North Modesto to begin building a permanent location for Just His House, complete with amenities to better serve the survivors we work with. In recent years, we have launched a cutting edge Jail Diversion program in collaboration with our local District Attorney’s office in order to help reduce recidivism and restore victims caught up in the cycle. Our Prevention, Justice, and Restoration departments continue to establish deep roots in our community as we work together to bring an end to this evil.
