With Wellness Information

With Wellness is a private, outdoor, self-service wellness space designed to help individuals reset physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, the space integrates cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna, hydrotherapy, movement, breathwork, and a natural outdoor environment into a single, intentional experience. Each element is designed to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and long-term well-being. The concept is built on a simple belief: Our core problem is not stress, but disconnection. Disconnection from the body, from rest, and from environments that support restoration. With Wellness exists to provide a space for intentional reconnection with amenities with proven benefits for a person's nervous system, circulation, immune system, and overall wellness. This experience is intentionally private and self-guided. There are no crowds or shared spaces: just a quiet, controlled environment where individuals can step away, slow down, and reconnect.
