Wise Partnering leverages 30 years of financial services and leadership capability from Craig Keary to work with organisations or individuals around strategy, execution, growth enablement, coaching and interim leadership . Craig is a seasoned Executive and Non-Executive Director and a Fellow of the AICD. with 25 years of experience spanning the Financial Services landscape globally with HSBC, CBA, Westpac and AMP Capital, across Asia Pacific and UK and Fintech Ignition Advice. Board appointments across Lymphoma Australia, Australian Japan Business Cooperation Council, Evergen (CSIRO JV) and various AMP Capital businesses globally. Craig has held numerous Board appointments since his early career, is a Senior Fellow of FINSIA, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors, a former member of the ASX’s disciplinary tribunal and has lectured in the Master of Applied Finance programme at Kaplan. A previous member of the UWS School of Business Research and Higher Degrees Committee, the CSIRO Stakeholder Superannuation Research Cluster Committee, and the Funds Management Reference Group for the Australian Centre for Financial Studies. He is currently undertaking a PhD in Financial Planning, focusing on the drivers of customer behaviour and happiness, and how these links with successful financial planning. Qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Leadership, Innovation and Agile. Built growth and competitive advantage in high change environments with businesses facing strong challenges to exceed growth and performance expectations with 30+ years in Executive roles and 20+ years as Non-Executive Director in Australia, Asia and Europe, residing in Sydney, Tokyo and London. Significant experience in complex stakeholder relations including government, regulators, political organisations and multinational organisations, in highly regulated industries. As part of this built solid media relationships and external relations experience as a spokesperson and public speaker.
