Esalen sponsors pioneering initiatives and offers personal, spiritual and social transformation practices for workshop participants and residential staff. California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) is an internationally recognized leader in integral education. We currently enroll more than 2000 students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in our three schools: the School of Consciousness and Transformation, the School of Professional Psychology and Health, and the School of Undergraduate Studies. Our Public Programs Department offers a dynamic array of workshops, lectures, concerts, and conferences, and we also host vibrant art exhibitions through our Arts at CIIS program. We're proud to provide low-cost mental health services to the San Francisco Bay Area through our 6 award-winning counseling clinics. CIIS is accredited by the Western Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).
