Two food & mood experts who happen to have degrees in dietetics and 20 years of combined experience working in the field. What makes us genuinely moody, is the way the world views food. It’s messing with our mental health. We live in a diet obsessed culture, rampant with calorie counting & weight loss tactics, distorting our relationship with food and our bodies. We built this community, category and platform to dismantle the systems that hold women back from thriving! Our dream? To live in a world where diets don’t exist where food no longer burdens us, but *actually* becomes a vessel to improve our mental wellbeing! Come on, give us a WIRL.
