WirfonCloud started in October 2020 — not as a company, but as a community. A group of Africans came together to learn cloud computing without an institution or formal curriculum, driven by commitment, consistency, and a teaching approach that made complex technology easy to understand. That first cohort produced AWS-certified professionals. Akwo-Fese Efimba is now a Cloud Security and Multi-Cloud Architect. Thecla Mbunwe is 2X AWS Certified and works at Euroclear Bank in Europe. Cham Zekebweliwai is a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Cancer Research UK. Seven graduates have shared their full career transitions on YouTube, now working as Platform Engineers, Enterprise Architects, Cloud Architects, and Application Managers across Africa and Europe.
