Winya’s unique Indigenous employment focused manufacturing program is fully supported by many of Australia’s largest manufacturers. Winya supply Chain manufactures seating and installs workstations in all capitals Australia-wide and regional areas. Winya has been set up by Debbie Barwick, (who is Chair of both the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce and the First Australians Chamber of Commerce) and Greg Welsh who has been and is a CEO of leading commercial furniture companies. The objective is to increase Indigenous employment and skills in the Australian furniture industry through partnerships with industry and selling to major corporations and Government who also support our Indigenous improvement goals.
