Most MSPs sell you a monthly maintenance package that consists of antivirus, remote maintenance and monitoring, and automated tasks that apply system updates and run scheduled virus scans. If that's what you'd like, we can certainly do that for you, but there exists the possibility that something will not work as planned and that's where we like to offer something different. We give you the option to have an experienced technician manually clean your system, verify that your business continuity products are functioning as expected (those products being antivirus, backup, malware protection, etc.) If computers and software always operated as planned, you wouldn't need IT services. WinterMute attempts to intercept problems that might not be recognized by a computer, by employing professional experience. After 15 years of working as an individual technology consultant and contractor, Creighton Lance Carroll decided to expand his business model and create WinterMute Technologies, LLC in 2018 so that affordable, quality technology services could be provided to a larger audience.
