We are a village of volunteers helping moms shatter limitations and chase down their dreams. Winter Avery is a 501(c)(3) social impact organization dedicated to providing essential support to mothers who are striving to achieve their entrepreneurial, educational, and professional goals while simultaneously raising children aged 0-6. Founded with a deep understanding of mothers' unique challenges, our mission is to be the village where mothers thrive mentally and professionally. We offer a helping hand through complimentary child and baby minding services after working hours, mentorship, and family support so that mothers can focus on reaching the next level in their career aspirations.
