Wintegreat is a social startup which objective is to breathe new life into refugees’ professional projects. Wintegreat has given a simple way for the universities to get involved on the refugee crisis and to have a real impact which is visible both for newcomers revealing their potential and students experiencing their citizenship. Its 12-weeks intensive program address 3 main challenges refugees are facing: language barrier, lack of credibility, weak social connections. At the same time, it is a reliable solution for companies that want to find innovative sources of recruitment and that seek collaborators they will not find elsewhere. • Wintegreat has enabled 300+ people to play an active role in their host society. • Programs currently hosted in 10 top ranked higher-education institutions (HEC, ESCP Europe, Sciences Po, ESSEC, Sciences Po Bordeaux, Sciences Po Lille,, Sciences Po Rennes, Université Pari-Dauphine,, Mines Paristech). Now Wintegreat is scaling up its activities across France and Europe in order to help 2000 people a year by 2020, with 40 partner universities. • Wintegreat receives the generous support of numerous public and private partners, and is also supported by the UNHCR. • Wintegreat team is made up of 15 core members and is supported by 1000+ volunteers.
