Winning Center – Building winning teams for you! With our WINNER model, we assist and serve a wide variety of organizations in the following two areas of our expertise: 1) A unique and ground-breaking diagnostic method developed by us for the early identification of winners among a group of job candidates. Their physical presence is not required. 2) Our special training program focuses on learning and practicing the WINNER way of making qualified and successful decisions as well as implementing them optimally, even under pressure and in the face of considerably challenging conditions. A special section of the WINNING training program is dedicated to the ongoing development and enhancement of managerial and leadership skills. Established in 1996 by strategic consultant Yehuda Shinar, Winning Center is a trailblazing venture that has directly contributed to the success of countless people and companies around the globe, including world-class competitors. We apply a practical Winning Model, based on 25 years of research, to develop and enhance Winning Intelligence (WI). This methodology stems from tools and strategies that winners so effectively employ, including the winner's supreme self-management method, which we call Personal Resource Management (PRM), and the most efficient rapid real-time debriefing. Endorsed by the Israeli Innovation Authority, Winning Center equips people with the ability to Think Correctly Under Pressure (T-CUP), and continually break their own records, even against incredible odds. Our methods have been used to great success by the Israeli Air Force, London Stock Exchange, NatWest, and even England's 2003 Rugby World Cup-winning team, to name just a few. We offer a range of Winning seminars, from 90-minute sessions, through a 1-day interactive workshop for teams, to a 2-day seminar that includes a section focused on Winning Leadership.
